Linda G. Deaton
Inspired
by the beauty and magical spirit of our natural world, Linda developed a close connection and deep respect for nature at an
early age. Her love for the outdoors and a life-long passion for photography led her to the Southern Appalachians where
she embarked on her journey as a nature photographer. For over 12 years, she has explored this region and traveled throughout
the country in search of new photographic experiences. Her approach is meticulous and intense, at times, but her patience
and persistence allows her to capture the true spirit of each place and subject she encounters. Her image collection features mountain landscapes, waterfalls,
native wildflowers, and wildlife. Her pursuit of adventure has prompted many journeys across the country to amazing
locations including Yosemite, Glacier National Park, Canadian Rockies and her most recent excursion to Katmai and Denali National
Parks in Alaska.
